becoming cut fast without lossing strenth
right now im at 175 pounds and i want to drop to 160. while doing this i also want to keep my strength for boxing. just wondering if there was any way i would be able to do this fast

I would say go with high rep on your resistance training, or heavy load per rep. and also eat clean. To me, unless you heading into calorie deficit or else is very hard for ya to drop weights, resistance training helps reduce body fat, but not weight.

Try a circuit routine with minimum rest between sets and stick to high reps with 60-75% of your one rep max. Go heavy on one day for the variety.

There's no really such thing as dropping body fat fast and still maintaining strength. It all goes hand in hand. And why would you need to be super strong to be a boxer? I've done kickboxing my whole life, and even though I outweigh most of my fellow sparring partners, I still get sucker punched by those tiny asian dudes. They're hella fast.
