Question Does Ezekiel bread give you gas?

    Hi ladies,

I recently added Ezekiel bread into my diet and ever since I've had ALOT of gas. Not bloating, just gas.

    Anyone experience this?

I started eating ezekiel bread a few weeks ago. At first I felt kind of gassy, but now I'm good.

Maybe give it a couple more days and see how you feel.

I also like the raisin kind with almond butter... Yum!

Every kind of bread gives me gas, heehee. Anything carb-heavy does it for me. But seriously, like others said either your body's not used to this bread yet or it just doesn't agree with you.
