    What's your TDEE?

Thought it'd be interesting to see what people here maintain at.
(I tried searching for another thread like this and couldnt find one, my apologies if something like this already exists)

I'm 6'1, 175lbs and 17-18% bodyfat, after much trial and error my I've found my TDEE to be around 3250. What's yours?

Usually around 3,600 to 3,700 calories, but there's some seasonal variance due to changes in activity pattern.

I'm currently bulking. I hit maintenance around 3,000 a few weeks ago. I'm 5'8" 160lbs and lift 4 days per week. I work in a gym so the job keeps me active too.

3000-3300 cals (I prefer to vary it based on activity levels daily which can change a fair bit).

But I easily burn a strong 200-300 cals from general exercise daily ie walking dog & cycling to get to places.
