What are some good dynamic upper body exercises. I have clap push ups, push press, chest pass and others.

CHEST::: you can do explosive pushups, tornado pushups, one hand pushups, Dips and swing your legs out to a superman position on the press, Planches variations
BACK::: Muscle ups, Circular motion pullups and chinups, Front lever pullups: try to hold your body strait out or just legs up for beginner and do pullups, Typewritter chinups: do a chinup and hold at the top contraction point and then move side to side as far as you can until failure.
TRIS: Explosive diamont pushups, hindu and divebomber pushups combo together, tiger bends: lay on your forearms and push yourself and straiten your arms
BIS: 21's with barbell
Shoulders: Explosive uppercuts with barbell or dumbells

Try the Tiger Bends on an Exercise Ball. They're tough. Also, try flipping a Bosu Ball upside down and placing your hands on the flat part and do explosive push-ups bringing the Bosu Ball towards your chest on the upward explosion. Basically if you lighten up the weight enough any exercise can become more explosive.
