I'd say do a clean bulk. you are cut as ****. Unless you are extreme ecto, eat moderately. Very clean but above maintainces, probably 3000 cals. If you kickbox, eat some more and use that as your cardio. Do a 3 day fullbody or perhaps a 5 day split if you have time.
Creatine and whey obv.
Fishoil and multi
Possibly a preworkout supp
Eggs
Chicken
Peanut butter
Skim milk
Fish
Beef
Veggies
Olive oil
Nuts
