    Yo man, you're looking lean and have a decent amount of muscle.
    I think you definetly need to bulk though - your collar bones are pretty prominent and in that pose does make you look relatively skinny

    You look cut up as all hell. I would definitely say bulk, but keep it clean and still do some cardio. You have a great base, just slowly gain muscle and stave off the fat, you'll look ****in killer.

    Being cut/lean and feeling awesome and looking great > Stronger and looking fat

    I'd say do a clean bulk. you are cut as ****. Unless you are extreme ecto, eat moderately. Very clean but above maintainces, probably 3000 cals. If you kickbox, eat some more and use that as your cardio. Do a 3 day fullbody or perhaps a 5 day split if you have time.

    Creatine and whey obv.
    Fishoil and multi
    Possibly a preworkout supp

    Eggs
    Chicken
    Peanut butter
    Skim milk
    Fish
    Beef
    Veggies
    Olive oil
    Nuts


    Should let you gain muscle and stay lean.

    U need to bulk up, because at 5'11 you are underweight bro..... Don't worry about abs just eat like 3 thousand calories and at least a gram of protein per lb of body weight or maybe even 2x..... lol
