Need Advice
I'm 56 and used to bodybuild 20ys ago. I retired from my job 6 mos ago and have gotten back into it for the last 3 mos.
the advice I need is this: I am currently taking HGH Up and 7-Keto with Casien and a Whey Isolate proteins. I just ordered my second bottle of HGH Up and with it I ordered Free Test to stack with it. Do I need the 7-Keto as well or is that overkill? So far my strength has increased dramatically and my overall well being is great.
Supplements and proteins have changed so much in the last 20 yrs and now I need advice on how to stack and cycle.
Thanks in advance!!

The best advice I can offer is to ask the questions first, then buy the products, then start taking them.

Along with this^^^^^^^^^^^
As an ex-bb.er as you said you already know what to and not to do for the biggest part. What causes a muscle to grow has not changed and what causes fat to leave has not changed either......
As far as supps go.......yes, they've changed a ton.......but.....lol.....one thing has not changed with supps.......lol......their crap......and you should've known that then and by all means should know that now.....
BTW.......welcome back and good luck!

Welcome back....good for you! For mine, forget the supps to start, just get back in to the swing of things. Good food, lots of meats and protein, train hard and think about sups in 6 months when your body has re-adjusted.

Thanks all for the suggestions. Yes, I know from past experience that I should just ease back into it and just eat clean foods. Since I am quite a bit older now I thought an extra "boost" sort to speak with the HGH UP and Free Test would give me better gains along with the proteins. I do feel alot better and have dropped weight with just the HGH UP and 7-Keto. My gains in strength and size are coming along nicely also. I was just looking for advice if I should drop the 7-Keto or not.
Thanks for the warm welcome back!!

here's the thing:
how do you know that your gains are directly attributable to HGH UP and the 7-Keto?
in your own words, you've only been at it for 3 months which is barely enough time for any significant gains to show, let alone be able to tell that they are from a specific supplement and not just the usual newbie gains
If you had started off limiting yourself to a clean diet for the first 6 - 12 months and then began adding supps one at a time, you'd have the background knowledge to identify which one is working for you and which one might be a waste of money.

^^^^This. Great post. So many reviews on here of products are wrongly attributed to the products, instead of what is actually taking place through proper work out and diet.

Is Numero Uno
The Free Test already contains 7 keto in it if you read the ingredient panel, so yes, I would stop taking 7 keto. And I agree with the others, at 3 months in, you don't need these supplements. Ride the noob gains as long as you can and get your diet and training dialed in. Supplements can definitely give you an edge, but I think you really have to have everything else totally on point to see any benefit. In other words, if you haven't already seen significant results from just your training and diet, don't waste your money on supplements.

Point taken Out of Step...Thanks Buddy. Going to halt all supps and in Jan re-assess everything and see where I stand.
Thanks everyone for the great advice!!
