I should have read more... I mixed it with water. I've never had something more repulsive in my life. I was so out of control sick to my stomach that day. What do you guys mix that stuff with man, I mean I downed it even like that but I'd love to try something else.

skim milk. and what brand/flavor did you have? back in the day most protein powders tasted like chalk mixed with wall paper paste...but nowadays the flavor/textures have improved greatly.
and if you want something truly repulsive, try a glass of 'greens' powdered vegetable juices. my daughter calls it frog puke. i still choke it down twice a day, though, $hit does a body good!

Thats the ****ty thing, taking whey with milk tastes a tonne better but slows down its absorption dramatically. Taking it with water tastes like **** but gives fast absorption, Try hacking down your post workout shake with water and maybe mix your others throughout the day with milk

Well you see as far as the apple for lunch I don't have a lot of choice. I work 6 days a week 10am-8pm it's fast food like McDonalds or fruit for lunch. I presumed fruit would be a better choice.
Yeah, the strawberry wasn't even like strawberry. It reminded me like crazy of this medicine for broncitis(spelling). Was repulsive, I wouldn't mind like blending this **** into a shake or something but gotta figure out how to make enough for one glass or I'd be wasting $ and protein.

your diet is all of 500 calories.
I just consumed more in a glass of chocolate milk than you would in an entire day.
Even if your cutting, i promise all the weight you lose will be muscle.
I hope your a troll, because a diet that small is a reflection of other problems that can't be fixed too easily.

right im guessing you didnt get a flavour? first things first, that was stupid...
Now ways to make it taste half decent.
Use milk instead of water. ALways tastes better with milk.
Now you got the base sorted try add flavouring like these -
cinnamon
Peanut butter
honey
nesquick
cocoa
sweetner
coffee so its a kinda frappee
Anyway good luck and i hope you will learn from this and buy a nice flavoured one next time.

OP lemme tell you something, disregard everything you've ever heard about weightlifting when it comes to diet. For putting on mass, diet is NOT healthy. Get that out of your head. Consuming huge amounts of calories and eating foods solely for caloric purposes is not going to be healthy. Get that out of your head. You need to eat huge quantities of food to grow, end of story.
Add milk to your shake, make it taste better and more calories which you definatly needYou can be as cold as the winter weather but I don't care as long as were together <3

Breakfast:
40G Protein
10G Worth of Peanut Butter w/ Ritz Crackers
1 Bottled Water
Lunch:
Apple w/ some type of pop. Occassionally fruit cups if still hungry
or fast food consisting of..
2x Double Hamburgers
1x Large Fry
1x Large Coke
Dinner:
Chicken or Steak (12 oz)
Rice, Muffins, Peas, Broccolli
Bottled Water
Work out
Post Workout
40G of Protein
Bowl of Raisin Bran no milk.
Bottled Water
