Great attitude and workout Joan. Gotta keep doing what you do. I think being an expediter at the show would be fantastic, at least you get to be a part of the backstage excitement. I would love to do that, maybe I'll contact the federation I was planning on competing in and see if they need volunteers. At least being a part of it is good.

Good Golly, Miss Molly! I'm always stunned (and I don't know why) every time I come in here and see the weight you push around. Holy crap!
Nice leg workout today, Joan -- I'm so happy your sausage legs are gone...and I know you are, too.
Thanks for the good luck wishes on the packing, etc...there's not a lot to pack since I don't own anything, but I'm sorting through some things and repacking. I want it all done this week so I can get through the rest of my To-Do list.
I have to figure out how I can get you $$ so you can buy Reese's cups for Tom for the contest. I still owe him and WILL NOT let him down. I'm PMing you next...
HAPPY MONDAY!

Nice shoulders workout. Glad you are keeping focused on training and that you are seeing definition in your legs. You see....it was there all along. Don't doubt your hard work, usually its there and either you can't see it because of water retention, higher bodyfat or you just haven't noticed the changes you've made over a few weeks, but then one day you see it and say HEY, there is a change! Keep going, Joan!

I'm late! But better late then never, right? *subbed
I read through and have to say you are simply amazing! When I get some time tonight I will venture into the link into your other journal. Also, you may already have it ready for copy paste ... but I too was curious on the supps you were on. I have worked with 2 comp trainers and each time they try to put me on supps, and I'm talking really norm supps for bbing, my body goes haywire and I get sick pretty quickly. Kidney's were one of many issues. Anyhoo .... carry on, I'm loving the new you

I feel like I may have a start of a cold.
What are everyone's 'remedies' for killing the onslought of a cold?

Hello!
Thanks for thinking i'm amazing.
I tried hard to get to this point...I tried hard to get to the stage...I tried hard to stay lean and healthy...
and I will continue to Try to do the above
It's pretty amazing how better I feel with out supplements and caffeine...I was taking way too much, and the stimulants were affecting me.
Also my change in diet is playing a VERY big role in my physical well being.
I am curious to know what was going on with your kidneys.
