Losing fat in face? As in to reduce baby face?

You just have to reduce your overall body composition.. Unfortunately there's no way to spot reduce so just gotta get lean(er).

Hmm I thought that was the case. How come people like me store more fat there? Is it purely genetics?

Yeah, I do for sure, it's largely genetics. If I'm not in the single digit bf% then I tend to have a chubby face and a bit of a "turkey neck" as my ex used to say... lol. It's funny because I look so different to people when I'm really lean.

I used to be around 180lbs and 6"2 most of my life untill recently (past 6 month) I got to 223 lbs and stated to get significant face fat especially in the chin area, which also made me look older.

for me, when when my brother for example is on diet, even if he did not lost so much in weight, his facial fat decrease a lot...i think it is reducing salt in the diet & starting a good cardio program help a lot...

DUUUDE I am the same exact way. If I am even remotely overweight, I look like I need to be on the next bus to fat camp. It's genetics, of course. We all store more fat in different areas. Some of us happen to be so lucky it's in our face. There's no way to target the fat in your face though. Just lean down brother. Good luck
