i was squatting on the oly platform at the uni gym today when these two guys were stood across the gym talking and looking at me
then when i finished my set the one in the shirt and trousers came over to me and put his hand out to shake mine
he shook my hand and just said "nice"
then when he was walking off he said "it's refreshing to see some good squats for once" so all the other guys squatting in racks could hear him
i was like lolpwned

anyone have days when your form is just totally f*cked up like you have never done the exercise before? and have no idea why? this describes my deadlifts today.
'lifting is an iron brotherhood of warriors going into battle against the all powerful gravity, spilling their blood, waging war and laughing in the face of mortals' . F*ck off mate, you work in human resources, you're not a viking.

Holy sh*t. My legs have never felt so fatigued in my LIFE.
Like that kind of soreness that isn't just DOMS...it goes down really deep into every single fiber of your leg, and you literally feel crippled. My house is only a kilometer away so I usually walk, but I had to take the bus this time, and actually cut my workout short because I could barely walk.
After some foam rolling they feel okay-ish. I think my foam rolling was really over-due though.^_^
