    Are you burning muscle mass doing this? Your right about cardio, but two sessions @ 45 minutes per day could reduce your hard gained mass and competitive advantage on stage,

    you are doing 1.5 hours of cardio 6 days a week?
    and how long do you spend doing weights?
    what is your diet like at this stage?

    yep nothing you can do, but continue to cut cals and/or increase cardio.
