what kind of fruits are good to be eaten before workout?
i know that bananas and oranges are good but are there any others because i am starting to get bored of them.

if i'm not mistaken fructose gets metabolized in the liver and therefore if you want the sugar for your muscles for energy you should eat something else. i'd go with potatoes.
