    Lost 4 pounds over night? what?

    Last night i weighed myself before i went out i was 214. had a beer and wings came back and went to bed. i woke up and i was 210. What? Is this the EC stack taking effect? I only urinated, but i doubt i urinated 4 lbs.

    It happens from time to time usually it is a lot of water weight, you probably be surprised how much liquid you lose at night while you sleep through breathing and sweating.

    i don't know sometimes beer makes me (temporarily) shed water weight because of the alcohol.

    But usually if i have beer with a meal i gain more weight because its usually a high carb/sodium meal.

    take a good dump, pee a few times, lose some water weight while sleeping. that's pretty much a good 4+ pounds right there sometimes.

    Yeah, its normal I've been cutting this week and weighing myself a few times a day. From bedtime to waking up is 6lbs after morning dewatering/taking out the garbage, etc.

    Think about it. You breath in oxygen(O2) and exhale carbon dioxide(CO2). The carbon came from your body. There is also a significant dehydration overnight from the moisture in your breath and from sweating. You have 7+ hours of fasting while you sleep every night. Metabolic function is slowed but it can't stop altogether.
