Last night i weighed myself before i went out i was 214. had a beer and wings came back and went to bed. i woke up and i was 210. What? Is this the EC stack taking effect? I only urinated, but i doubt i urinated 4 lbs.

Think about it. You breath in oxygen(O2) and exhale carbon dioxide(CO2). The carbon came from your body. There is also a significant dehydration overnight from the moisture in your breath and from sweating. You have 7+ hours of fasting while you sleep every night. Metabolic function is slowed but it can't stop altogether.
