My waist was probably 30 maybe 29" at show condition. I know my 32" waist jeans were loose, that's for sure.

nice shape bros, dont worry, 31" is good too. The only complaint i have is when some chick thinks you are weird because you have a smaller waist than her lol

29-30 waist is perfect. Any bigger and you look blocky, any smaller and you look womanly. (Squats make your ass big so it looks strange lol)

I have 28" waist. But I have to wear 30 or 31 to fit my legs. When I wear 28" my legs are too tigh in them and are very uncomfortable.
My GF told me to try on one of her skirts for ****s and giggles. And I actually fit. LOL

Good feedback, any of u had to spend a fortune on new jeans because u can no longer fit your old ones? or just go heavy as hell on dumbbell side bends and say screw that? Lol

I'm at around a 28 inch waist right now, and shopping for jeans sucks. I'm naturally skinny though, so it isn't something I really had to work for.

Hehehe... this thread was designed for me, I see!
28" on contest day, son! Read it and weep!
Yeah, buying belts is annoying. Whenever I go to Walmart, their belts are over 32". Most of them are in the 40-55" range. I was in shock when I saw a 52" belt.
I think you should have a special section for people 5'10" and over. It's VERY rare to see someone at my height (or taller) with a 29" or smaller waist. I noticed most of the guys here are under 5'7", which is understandable that they would have a 29" or smaller waist due to symmetry and skeletal structure. Either way, this is still a fun club to be a member of.

dang...you guys have got some seriously small waists lol. I don't think I've ever had that small...well maybe when I was 21 or something but that's a thing of the past now. I miss my smaller jeans hahaha
I have my standards...they may be low...but I have them.

I currently have about a 31 inch waist, around the middle of this summer I was hovering around a 30 inch waist. I still feel I have a good v taper with a 31 inch waist.
