Squats - 1x20 (Warmup) , 10,8,8,6,4
Front Squats, 1x15 warmup, 4x10
Calf Curls (Leg Curls) 3 x 8
Leg Press 3 x 8
Quad Curls (Leg Extension) 3 x 8
Calf Raises 3 x 8
Btw, how many minutes of rest should i take between the Squat reps

Yeah man, no need for 9 working reps of squats in one day. I'd say drop the Front Squats(Go heavy on normal Squats and that'll be plenty) and Leg Press and throw some BB Lunges and BB Step Ups in there instead. Something like this :
Squats
BB Lunges (Great for balance too)
BB Step Ups (Balance too)
Ham Curls
Calf Raises
Also, switch it up to Front Squats every once in a while, SLDL instead of Squats sometimes, throw in the Extensions or something else from time to time, etc, etc...But always try to keep at least 2 compound movements each session."You can map out a fight plan or a life plan, but when the action starts, it may not go the way you planned, and you're down to your reflexes - that means your preparation.
