Very solid. Leg Curls, Leg Presses and Leg Extensions seal the deal.

Seriously, what are you trying to accomplish with such a well thought-out routine? Seems like way too many sets of squats, abundance of useless exercises, and a complete lack of deadlifts.

I'm not an expert though ... just saying.

    Add another hamstring,and calve exercise.

Rest as long as you need to.Go when you're ready.Recover aerobically first.

There is no such thing too many sets or a lack of certain exercise, it all depends on what one's trying to achieve.
I don't know if leg press is necessary if you have 2 squat exercises, I would replace it in a hamstring exercise to balance things up.

Yeah man, no need for 9 working reps of squats in one day. I'd say drop the Front Squats(Go heavy on normal Squats and that'll be plenty) and Leg Press and throw some BB Lunges and BB Step Ups in there instead. Something like this :

    Squats
BB Lunges (Great for balance too)
    BB Step Ups (Balance too)
    Ham Curls
    Calf Raises

Also, switch it up to Front Squats every once in a while, SLDL instead of Squats sometimes, throw in the Extensions or something else from time to time, etc, etc...But always try to keep at least 2 compound movements each session.

That's where your roadwork shows. If you cheated on that in the dark of the morning, well, you're going to get found out now, under the bright lights." — Joe Frazier
