    Lean gains is intermittent fasting. You don't eat breakfast and follow a diet plan that basically says eat carbs pre and post workout and eat a no to little carb meal before bed. If you wake up at 8, you don't eat till like 12 or whenever your lunch is.

    Eat small breakfast 300-400 cals

    Carbs/simple sugars before workout

    HUUUUUGE meal after workout/lots of protien

    Fatty goods later in the day/less carbs
