Just want some feedback
On thus area if my arm... Do you work out your forearms(specific exercises)? If you do, would you work them out during your back&bicep day or chest&tricep day? Or lower body?

Probably back/bicep day, after deadlifts. I used to work my forearms but haven't in ages.

If you answered yes to number 1, then no don't workout forearms.
If you answered no to number 1, keep reading.
If you answered yes to number 2, then yes workout forearms.
If you answered no to number 2, then no don't workout forearms.

Deadlifting ain't going to give as much hypertrophy as working them out individually siiighhh ppl who think deads will give them 15''+ forearms. Sure they'll grow but not as fast i guess.
Plus. Big forearms indicates you lift and your a monster.
