Hey guys im in need of some criticism of my back progression. Ive been working out for 6 months now and i am needing some criticism on what part of my back do i need to focus on and such. First photo was a month into it, the second was taken 5 months after. Also a bf estimate would be appreciated.

Damn bro your shoulder exploded. Apart from that lats looking wider but maybe you can add a bit more to your lower back. GJDM. I'd say you are around 11-12% bf though I'm not entirely sure.

Awesome job, I'd say 10-12% BF. Just looking in the back isn't hepful enough. You could have hidden belly fat were not aware of?
What's your shoulder/back routine like? I'm not a huge fan of back, as I only do pullups and still have a really ripped back (some how? genetics?).
But I need some serious help on shoulders. Neglected them when I first started....Beginners, read:
