what would a crap load (hundreds+ a day) of push ups get me? srs
what the title says. would it be a waste of effort or strengthen my body, or does there come a point where doing them more is a waste of time? ty.

Probably get your chest a little bigger and strengthen your triceps but I wouldn't expect too much.
I only eat food in bar form. When you concentrate food, you unleash its awesome power, I'm told. That's why I'm compressing 5 pounds of spaghetti into one handy mouth-sized bar...
