    jacked side effects?

has anyone noticed dizziness or a "crash" feeling after using jacked? i just started using it last week pre workout am trying to figure out if its just coincidence that ive been feeling extra slumpy about an hour after my workout, and the last 2 days ive been kinda dizzy/ faint feeling. my boyfriend mentioned it may be the beta-alanine (vasodilation) making me hypotensive afterward. anyone else notice weird side effects after using it?

ive been taking 2 scoops, and normally i can take all sorts of pre workout stuff and not feel lightheaded. ive taken 3 scoops of NO Shotgun and felt fine, and ive got an incredible tolerance for caffeine. ive skipped it today and didnt get the crash, sleepy feeling. the last week ive seriously been feeling so strange about an hour to an hour and half after finishing my workout, like i can barely stand/ see straight/ lightheaded/ wicked sleepy....im gonna try one scoop maybe and see if i can deal with that, otherwise i guess ill go back to the NO Shotgun

I take one scoop. The only thing I notice is my skin gets a little tingly, but once I start workin out I don't even notice...I can't imagine taking 2 though...

Maybe cut back just a smidge

Same here. My skin gets a little tingly, but once I started to work out, it'd be gone. After I work out, I almost always feel tired and sleepy...I didn't attribute it to Jack3d though. Just thought I got tired out from the working out. But now that I've read this thread, that explains all the naps I needed after my workouts.

i had that same feeling the first time i took it, even got a gnarly headache and ringing in my ears. i drank a whole lot of water and it went away. every time after that the reaction was smaller and smaller.. and yes it is the beta-al.
    ^one day at a time....i will overcome^

Everyone is different. I'm up to 3 scoops and don't experience any type of crash after. I actually wish it gave me more of a boost...doesn't really work as strong as I would like.

I usually don't do great with pre-supp's but jacked is seriously about the only one I've taken and not had any trouble with.

I've witnessed people on jacked and I didn't like what it did to them. This is what I noticed: speaking very fast, high energy for sure then all of the sudden feeling weird or moody, sleepy and long term having weird sleeping patterns like waking up un the middle of the night.

Jack3d is by far the most powerful pre-workout i have ever taken and I love it. I do experience the tingly sensantion but once I begin my workout it goes away. The excessive fatigue is probably normal due to the fact that you over work your muscles. Jack3d defenetly gives you the boost to pump iron and not want to stop.
After taking it i find myself @ the gym for more than 2hrs, you must know your body's limits and know when to stop before your body gives out.

In your case, sounds like your doing much more then your body can handle.
