You can. Are you asking whether you can or how it will taste? Beta Alanine causes a tingling sensation in most people's faces. It would depend on how much you are taking and what form to answer better. Some more information would be ideal. I.E. Brand, amount, form, etc.

Yep, it's perfectly fine to take in water, or any other beverage (juice, crystal light, etc). If you experience any tingling/itching (parathesia) there's nothing to worry about, it's completely normal. If you want to dull the feeling, try taking the BA with carbohydrates.Originally Posted by greg0511
