i have exams for two more weeks and its screwing with my food intake.
cant eat in exams because it would "disturb" other people.
i have an exam starting at 9.30 finishing a 12.30 then an hour break until my next exam.
should i just fit all my meals into the space between finishing my exam at 4.30 and going to bed about 12?
of should i try and eat 2-3 meals in 1 hour.
anyone have this problem?

Everyone get's that sometimes, just try hard not to focus on it, it becomes a problem when all you are thinking about it when the next meal is coming. It really doesn't transpire into much when it comes to your gains. You can always neck a protein drink or something to satiate you before an exam if you need.
When you realise that your muscles aren't gunna melt off if you eat less than every few hours, you'll find diet a whole lot easier.
