    XPI Myotein vs syntha 6 and myofusion

    Alright, i've done my research and it all points to XPI Myotein, anyone have any experience with this? is it more of a mrp or a drink before sleep? I plan on taking Superpump 250, Size on, and i'm stuck right now about what protein. people ask if i want an mrp, or if i'm taking before bed or what. What i need to know, is what protein is best, and if i need to take a different shake before bed than i do before workouts, and if so what ones to take. I've done research but i'm still unsure of what i really need.

    Get myotein. It's head and shoulders above all other protein powders on the market. There's three products u can get from xpi that are really good. Get myotein, myoswell and xtreme zma.. Have one myotein shake in the morning, then use myoswell (muscle ripping formula) before u workout, and then take have another myotein shake straight after u workout.... Take xtreme zma once a day after workout. It has all the vitamins depleted during excersise that ur muscles need to recover... If u use all three products properly u will start to see results in no time...

    Im a huge fan of syntha 6, as i've had great results with it. I wouldn't take it before bed tho. I think a S6/Casein combo would be great.

    But I am not familiar with XPI Myotein tho.

    Myotein does not make me feel bloated at all and I can tell that it's working. It tastes pretty good and is a great meal replacement (I tend to workout later and it substitutes for my dinner along with other things). It really reveals the muscle that you've worked for. Get Myotein.
