    - Throw away your scale. Well ok just put it in the back of the closet. I think weighing yourself as a gauge has some bearing if you are severely overweight or obese, but you are not. You need to measure your success by measuring your waist/hips/chest and how your clothes are fitting.
Thank you so much. Will do!

As others have said ~ Just be patient - things are happening even if you can't SEE them or the scale doesn't show anything yet. It's working, just stay focused! :-)
love it! this inspires me because my scale won't budge either and i recently decided that i'm not going to weigh myself until my clothes get baggy and i see a little more definition!

Your weight is the same, your muscles are bigger.

Therefore, you have lost fat and gained muscle.

Most people consider this a good thing. Bin the scales. They're not a useful measure of anything for people anywhere near a healthy bodyweight. For example, I went from 84 to 78kg, lost 6kg, sounds like no big deal. But I also went from a 97 to 83cm waist, and 103 to 107cm chest. So my appearance changed a lot more than the mere 6kg scale change would indicate. It was more like, lost 10kg fat, gained 4kg muscle.

I went through this earlier this summer. Even though I knew, rationally, that it takes 4-6 weeks to see some definite movement on the scale (as opposed to the usual +1 lb, -1 lb from losing fat but retaining water, etc), it took actually gritting my teeth and pushing through that 6 weeks until I actually believed it. You're almost there.
"This," I said pleasantly, "is known as getting it on."
