    Triceps at Lat Pulldown Machine?

    I saw a guy doing tricep pushdowns with the lat pulldown machine, this got me thinking can you do any other exercises with the lat pull down machine?

    it is difficult with the pulldown machine because u will need some work from ur back in order to get it down to the position for the tri exercise.
