    6 Months - 140lbs to 170lbs

    Hi all,

    First pic was taken just after my first workout (trained for a few months in my backyard.. joined the gym 3 months ago) went from 65kg ~ to 76kg~ (was at 82KG but was a bit of a dreamer dirty bulk so cut down to where I am now)

    Appreciate advice!
