Hey guys-
This barbell was included in a craigslist deal that I just did. The owner knew nothing, but this thing looks to be gently used. It has excellent spin and the sleeves feel like jewelry- very nice feeling bar. There is no center knurl and the coating looks almost like oil on pavement (rainbow-like)
Troy crosses my mind, but I can't find a single marking to confirm that. Any ideas?
Has beveled edges if that helps:

Take a couple more pics of the end of the bar.......is the end of the sleeve bevelled? Are there roll pins toward the end of the sleeve to hold it on?
The closest thing that comes to my mind is that maybe it is an older Rogue bar. The only reason I say that is that they used to have end caps like the one on your bar, so I don't have much evidence to back up my statement.[]---[] Ivanko Barbell Crew #29 []---[]

Thanks- I will shoot some more pics for you when I get home.
-The end of the sleeve is bevelled
-There are no roll pins at the end. In fact, I'm not quite sure how the heck the sleeve stays on? There's no clip, pins, or anything to take it apart with? Just an end cap.
If it is Rogue, that makes sense. The Craigslist pickup included some Rogue items (kettlebells, etc). Also a Troy aluminum womens bar
Will check exact measurements for you distance-wise.
But it's a 28mm bushing barYork Barbell Crew #79

It does look Troy like. I had a couple of old Troy bars I picked up years ago that had plain unmarked freeze plugs as end caps.
However the sleeves on the bars I picked up were also blued and were smooth (no ridges).
I believe mine were old AOB-1200 bars.
Perhaps yours is a newer one. They are now listed with polished sleeves.
I see mixed info on sites with some places indicating the sleeves are pinned and others saying snap ring. Your bar obviously has a snap ring under the freeze plug end cap.
