    Which pull ups are easier?

Which Pull ups are easier? Palms facing you, palms facing towards or neutral grip (palms facing each other)? Also, the wider the grip the easier it is to perform pull up? Thanks a lot.

@ everyone who posted in the thread: Nice job on ignoring the question.

@ TougeWarrior: From my experience, I can do slightly more chinups (palms facing you) than I can do neutral grip pullups (palms facing each other). However, I can do alot more chinups and neutral grip pullups than pullups (palms facing away). So basically

    # Chinups > # Neutral grip pullups >>>>> # of pullups

However, I think that that pullups (palms facing you) are by far the best choice for back development

Chin ups are the easiest IMO because they involve the bicep the most out of the three. Pull ups are the hardest IMO because it works your lats a lot more, and the wider the grip the more it works your lats, the harder it is IMO.

Wrong way, Close grip works more lats which is why it's easier. Wide grip ones work more traps/midback, they still work lats, just not as much as close grip.
