I am trying to lose weight and here is what I eat almost every day for breakfast and lunch. Currently at 183 trying to get 160.
I need for Maintaining I need 2441 Calories/day and to loose, 1953 Calories/day.
Breakfast:
2 Eggs-140 Cals, 9 Fat, 12 Protein
1 Scoop of Body Fortress Super Advance Whey Protein- 140 Cals, 2 Fat, 26 Prot
1 Glass of Fat Free Skim Milk-80 Cals, 0 fat, 8 Prot
Totals- 360 Cals, 10 Fat, 46 Protein.
Lunch:
Wheat Bread-70 Cals, 1 Fat, 3 Protein
Turkey-90, 5 fat, 1 Protein
Pretzels-110, 1.5, 10 Protein
Apple- 36, 0, .5 Protein
Swiss Cheese- 70, 5 , 4 Protein
Totals----536 Cals, 26.5 Fat, 1291 Sodium, 64 Carbs, 26.36 Protein
Any Suggestions would help.
