    How does this look for a cutting diet plan for breakfast and lunch?

    I am trying to lose weight and here is what I eat almost every day for breakfast and lunch. Currently at 183 trying to get 160.

    I need for Maintaining I need 2441 Calories/day and to loose, 1953 Calories/day.


    Breakfast:
    2 Eggs-140 Cals, 9 Fat, 12 Protein
    1 Scoop of Body Fortress Super Advance Whey Protein- 140 Cals, 2 Fat, 26 Prot
    1 Glass of Fat Free Skim Milk-80 Cals, 0 fat, 8 Prot

    Totals- 360 Cals, 10 Fat, 46 Protein.


    Lunch:
    Wheat Bread-70 Cals, 1 Fat, 3 Protein
    Turkey-90, 5 fat, 1 Protein
    Pretzels-110, 1.5, 10 Protein
    Apple- 36, 0, .5 Protein
    Swiss Cheese- 70, 5 , 4 Protein

    Totals----536 Cals, 26.5 Fat, 1291 Sodium, 64 Carbs, 26.36 Protein


    Any Suggestions would help.

    I'd personally lose the pretzels at lunch and eat more at breakfast but its really up to you.

    Yeah I will do that, any other snack suggestions and does the Lunch look okay?
