    No. I'm planning to change it today no matter what. I've had low fat in my diet for awhile and never thought to much of it , but recently it's been hitting me that it may be effecting me. Yesterday was the first day i've actually seen symptoms so i'm getting on that asap.

    If you're talking about pipi not getting hard, this is either you being nervous with a girl (happens, especially if a girl is also nervous or shy), or your diet is really low in calories and/or fat and/or carbs and/or protein and/or vitamins. (Or you just do it 5x per day

    You may also be over-training or under-resting.

    While a low fat diet can negatively effect testosterone levels your fat intake has to be very, very low. I'm talking sub 30 grams per day.

    OP I'd be willing to bet your issues have more to do with performance anxiety than a low fat diet.
