It tasted damn delicious, but not I didn't go sugar free. I don't mind an additional 1/4 tsp of sugar in my drink, especially not before my long workout days

I'm not sure how smart it is to up any sugar intake before a workout, I've read it can decrease your energy levels greatly.

I'd think it'd just lessen the energy/stim effect of a PreWO than anything...which, ya, in turn would not give you as much of the 'intense energy' you'd normally get when consumed on an empty stomach...otherwise ya'd just wind up burning it as fuel during the workout....is that what you're meaning?

mixing ASGT, strawberry orange banana Crystal Light, and half a 1/3rd a scoop of banana perfection whey tastes amazing.

As well as the BC+EAA mixed in crystal light mixed with a small bit of banana perfection.

had to remember where I read it, it was in one of the wifes magazines.. Fitness, mind body and spirit..(who knows as a ton of **** in mags isn't the best advice.)

haha yea I could probably do that. The whey seems to take a way from the chalkiness and add a bit of a creamy texture to it. It also tastes like strawberry banana, so good

The watermelon\kiwi flavour is delicious. Not as sweet as the Xtend version, but still really good.

Flavoring ASGT sounds like a great idea. I can't believe I have not thought about this before. It's not horrible tasting but a different taste might make it that much more enjoyable.

lol yea, its weird cause the blocking of sites comes and goes. For a while it might be blocked and I cant even see emebedded youtube videos. Then one day its not for a short while but it eventually goes back to being blocked.

Nothing visiting a site like hideyourass.com or using a proxy can't fix though
