Question Protein Shakes in morning vs eggs

Is it worth taking protein shake in the morning if I am having 4 eggs and a glass of milk for breakfast?

Whatever fits your macro goals. You do have macro goals, right?
Assuming you do, and you really want to get nitpicky, then have protein intake be proportional to the fasting time until the next meal (longer it is before you eat again, more protein to ingest)

A whole egg is 93 calories, 6g protein, and 7g fat....4 eggs is 372 calories, 24g protein and 28g fat.

Like my man said, you need to know what your macro (cals, protein, carb, fat) goals are for the day and plan accordingly. IMO, you don't need to consume a protein shake in the same meal w/ the eggs...I'm not sure your body can absorb/digest but so much protein at one time. If it were me, I'd have the protein shake a 2-3 hours later w/ my next meal.
