So my birthdays coming up and one of the things my girlfriend got me ended up being broken when it got shipped, so she offered to get me something from the supplement store for a max of about 60-ish or so bucks. I already have white flood, multi's, fish oil and some good protein, anything else thatd be a great choice to have among my arsenal? Thanks d00ds

Lots of bored people on here that got nothing better to do than flame, just ignore it.

Your arsenal looks solid as it is. You could ad a slow absorbing protein blend like Ultra Peptide or Ultra Peptide 2.0 for before bed or just stock up on what you got but you need to eat son and up your macros because if your in a caloric deficit the supps wont don't much for you.

you have gained 16lbs in one month.... I'd buy a fat burner and a Guide to Clean Bulking then start all over again dude. thats not the right way to go about it.

purple wrath or green mag would go great with the white flood as a stack.

id shy away from proprietary blends; just find the potent active ingredients and buy those

I'd go with a few different choices.

One being something cool I wouldn't normaly purchase since its a gift and ask for something like Neogenix Supremacy or CL's new Blue Growth.

Two, look around for deals like BOGO on protein or PWOs. I'd probably go with ergopump, ASGT or protalyn since they are well reviewed products with good deals right now.

And last but not least deff a good cassein like XF's ultrapeptide 2.0.

OP maybe add Greenmag to your Whiteflood for a nice one two punch or add Purple wraath to your white flood for a nice combo of pre and intra.

Like some other members said maybe just stock up on more protein as well with maybe a higher quality protein like Allmax Isoflex, Trutein by TruNutrition.

Maybe stock up on a stim free preworkout for when you cycle off white flood, Look into Ultima.

Well you have 1 picture where you look about 150lbs a month ago.. then the 30 Aug 2010 picture (although its tiny and misleading.. maybe for a reason) you actually look chubby.. could be wrong but just how it actually looks. Nothing is worse than a teenager who goes to the gym and lifts twice the weight he should with terrible form, because they grow into the douches we all love to flame on forums. Gaining clean muscle from fat is very difficult because it can be a very lengthy proceedure and requires a lot of patence, just becareful you don't end up somewhere you wish you weren't by scoffing mass gainers down ya neck and telling yaself you'll wash the fat away in 6 months time no worries to be VanDam.
