Upper:
Bench Press 4 sets
Cable Crossover 3 sets
Lat Pulldowns 4 sets
Seated Rows 4 sets
Smith shrugs 3 sets
Overhead shoulder press 4 sets
Barbell Curl 4 sets
Cable Triceps Press 4 sets
Lower:
Squats 4 sets
Lying Prone Curls 4 sets
Extensions 4 sets
Walking DB Lunges 3 sets
Stiff-legged Deadlift 3 sets
Seated Calf Raises 3 sets
Keeping reps in the 8-10 range; I hit the abs 2x per week, and I also swim & train in MMA 1x per week.
