Hi!

Can anyone tells me how much carbs is ideal to consume with 1 glycodrive capsule? And if I'm having a really big cheat let's say 100+ carbs do I need to take 2 capsules?

When I'm going nutso, like Thanksgiving, I took 2 caps of GD + Cinnamon Extract + R-Na-ALA.

I used two caps per day for a few months and absolutely loved it. I'm very carb sensitive and this helped out tremendously.

When I was taking Glycodrive was eating around 100-200g carbs with 2 caps immediately before def helped with bloating

Nutrient partitioners are a relatively new supplement category / more research needed and I would caution against a blanket recommendation for cheat meals. Not saying you're doing this, but there's an assumption that GDAs are good for any cheat meals - when it may not be the best idea to use with a high fat cheat meal (i.e. pizza).

Would recommend it for high carb meals (1 cap 50g-100g, 2 caps 100g +as above). Usually take it slightly before (i.e. 20 min), but be careful with this on an empty stomach as you will definitely go hypo.

I only used GDA on my recomp with my calories hitting over 4500, the higher carb intake was keeping me massively bloated just some additional info on how/when I used it.

Any chance to cyber bully you . Just wanted to mention that since most people aren't on ~5k beast mode (much hate) where it's more of a drop in the bucket.

I'm not saying it won't work - especially to alleviate bloat. My concerns are more on how a lot of people use GDAs (probably partially due to fat loss inclusions/how they're marketed): during cheat meals (possibly high fat) with the goal of a cut in mind.

That may be counter productive and I still think the ideal meal for using a nutrient partitioner is high carb, lower fat.

That's about where I use it as well T-Mac (before my high carb meals consisting of about 50+ grams of carbs) and it's been great.

And yes Rob, I DEFINITELY use it before one of my epic Taco Bell runs. But I haven't had one of those in a while

Went ahead and bought two bottles of Glycodrive. BB.com said they couldn't remove the original, but told me I could always just re-send it back to them for a refund. So, new order, two bottles now
