sweat more when not on keto

Is there a reason that I sweat much much more when I'm bulking and off of keto? When I was on keto and about twenty pounds lighter I hardly every broke a sweat, now that I'm bulking with carbs i sweat like crazy, why?

Most likely the additional carbs in your diet are causing you to retain additional water weight which you shed in the form of sweat at the gym.

Noticed this as well, with carbs I sweat like a pig working out. On keto I wouldn't even need a shower.

I am opposite as well. When I am in keto, I can work out at my normal intensity and see a pool of water below me. If i go for a mile run, I can literally ring sweat out of my shirt. when not in keto, after the run, I can just feel it a bit damp.
