Gaspari - Superpump250

Ok so this is my first review of a product and im glad it is going to be Gaspari's Superpump 250.

Ill start off saying i was alittle optimistic about the product at first, but as i began using it i became a believer thats for sure.

ENERGY - Wow, my first week using this product i was bouncing off the walls through my workouts lol. I was able to get great pumps and endurance throughout my workouts which lasted about an hour in a half on average. Im also coming off shoulder surgery a few months ago so i kind of needed that extra boost and this certainly helped me get by. 10/10

MIXABILITY - Mixing it was quite easy, i tend to mix my products in a reg. 12 ounce water bottle. No clumps or anything so it was good. 10/10

TASTE - Surprisingly this may have been the best tasting supplement that i have ever had. I got the orange flavor and it almost tasted like an orange creamsicle. 9/10

OVERALL - I would give this product an overall rating of 9/10. Along with the reasons stated above, my arms felt fuller throughout the week on this stuff as well as plenty of energy hours after a workout. I felt great throughout the day and felt like i could lift the world honestly.

PS - On a side note you will often hear this product being referred to as SuperDUMP250 haha, i can honestly say i never had any problems in terms of this making me crap myself, not even a stomach ache so just watch what your eating and you should be fine.

honestly i like superpump 250 better than jack3d. I am using it right now and still feel no need to take more than one scoop. Before this bottle i went through 3 tubs of jack3d then took 3 weeks off and got the sp. good stuff

Im using the blue raspberry right now and it tastes really good, mixes well but it just does nothing for me. White Flood did the trick but im still sluggish at the gym. Not sure what it is, even with the max. recommended 3 scoops I feel almost nothing.

could just be your body, every1 reacts differently. maybe try it on an empty stomach? ill be tryin White flood, green mag, and purple wraath next so for the hell of it ill prob put a review up when i get em

2 thumbs up for SP250. I've been using it for over a year, 2-2.5 scoops pre-workout works great. I've tried NO Xplode, Jak3d, NO Shotgun, and SP250 definitely gives me the best feeling and focus in the gym. It's def not as "speedy" as the other products (for me).
