I've played with angles before, but never really got anything out of it. Time to start doing it again. Also, i'm going to try doing 6-8 reps from now on instead of 15, never really got anything out of that either and people told me hypertrophy starts at 15reps for calves. Broscience there i guess.
Edit: I don't agree with training them daily, though, as well as abs.lófasz
