    how many calories should i eat for cutting

    i've tried searching but all the answers i get is that it's different for everyone.

    i'm 6'4.5", 235lb, 31% BF.

    ? Im not one to pick confrontation on here but that is baloney, it doesnt matter what his macronutrients are if he's not creating a defecit

    go for a 40/40/20 macro balance and you can find your maintenance pretty easily and just reduce that by 500 - 1000 calories a day depending on how hard you want to push it. i know people ar that bf% that can get away with creating larger defecits but thats up to you. for most people its anywhere b/w 500 and 1000

    Yeah at 31% you can drop further than 500cals below. Like pulling-d1ck said, 2000 is probably the magic number.
