According to an online calculator, my BMR is currently 1960, and I understand that when bulking, you want to be eating 500 calories above maintenance. However, obviously I'll be burning a lot more calories than just my BMR by being in the gym an hour a day 6/7 days a week(6 days of lifting and then maybe some cardio on the off day, depending on how I'm feeling), so how much should I add on to the BMR to come up with a maintenance level?
Additionally, do you recommend doing abs everyday?
Thanks in advance for any help.

wait what?
you NEED to multiply your BMR for your activity level (there are actual fixed numbers, you might wanna go to the stickes or google them) to find out yout REAL maintenance.
BTW- how many calories more/less you take is completely up to you, do you wanna dirty bulk and dont give a shiet about cutting, or do you wanna clean bulk and slowly see permanent gains, without much need of a cut.
also, please no abs everyday, theyre like any other muscle, train them weighted and vary the rep ranges, plus if you actually can train them everysingle day...
word.
