I got this in football 2 seasons ago (helmet on helmet contact, the way your head bends), and it is a bitch. Any contact for like 6 months after hurt alot. I went to teh doctor for it before our big game and he said to not do any contact for 6 weeks or so and let it heal up. So my advice would be to just go easy on it.
