Ryan Reynolds is a cool dude. I used to think think that his physique was really impressive and motivating as a goal. Strong ectomorph. He will be playing some new roles as comic book heros or some crap. Don't care too much. Funny dude tho. No homo.

There's a even more crazy pic of him on the set of Blade...hes body fat was at 4-5% for the movie....looks crazy...I read an article how he prepared for the movie they wanted him as ripped as possible, he did no cardio what so ever and they got him a trainer hes diet was very basic, 1 meal was a protein bar go figure, he worked out 1 body part for 1 1/2-2 hours a day 6 x a week....I dont know how to upload a pic on this message or else I would get the pic up anyone can help a brotha so I can edit it with the pic without being an attachment
