    Issue with seated dumbbell press

Sometimes when I go do say 45,50,55 for sets I can do 45 and 50 easily but when I try my last set I cant even get them up and some weeks I can

every day is different all depend on how muc hand what u ate to and how much water u drank it can all affect you work out sometime i can hit 100s 120s then sometimes cant even get them in the air
plus its your last set so u have to think you have already hit them good if u cant get 55 just so 50 again
throw on a few more plates on that bar, and get jacked.

If you leave the gym and you don't feel like your about to throw up.... get back in there you didnt hit it hard enough

lots of variables. also might consider having ur last WU set a tad higher then hitting 55s on the first working set - who knows u might even get them for a 2nd set.

Do 45, 55 then 50's. 55's might be too heavy aswell compared to your sig bench stat. Theyre not the same lift but theyre similar. I use 55's for 10 on seated shoulder press but bench 165x10.
