School started just a few months ago which doesnt leave many of us with time to diet as good as we should nor hit the gym as frequent & intensly as we would like.
I'm 6.6 and 213lb's I need to make the gains while I still have the fat on me and then shred the fat by the beginning of march; this gives me 6.5 months.
Anyone experienced could devise me a plan?
my diet consists of:
Breakfast: multi-V with pro biotics, 2 1200mg fish oil, 3 egg whites, 1 whole egg + fruit + whole grain cereal for breakfast
snacking on granolas and fruits until lunch
Lunch:when I eat either a salad with a whole chicken breast, entire can of tuna with lettuce buns, or just a chicken breasts.
rest of the day I eat what I want and typically have a protein shake before bed

I feel you man. Right now I am lucky to hit the gym 3 times a week opposed to thr 5-6 times I used to. Since there is so much time, I believe in doing a few routines specifically designed to build strength and mass, then cutting a few times. I like to rotate my routines every 4-6 weeks.
