How much sugar daily for a 4000 calorie diet? (a search yielded nothing)

My question is simple, I need to know how much sugar i should allow myself daily with a 4000-5000 calorie a day diet?I take in about 250-300 grams of protein and close to the same in good carbs daily. I keep my foods fat content in check as well. By sugar I mean the sugars in juice, gatorade, cereal, most any drinks.

I don't drink soda or eat candy. and I have pretty BF% just wanna lean out a little more while still packing on quality pounds.

    Thanks in advance,
    DJ
    It's my turn.

all you need for drinks is milk and water, after workouts you can have like 60 grams from gatorade powder and that would be good. I would limit it and only allow yourself to eat anything sugarish in a 2 hour window after your workout. I havent ate sugary foods regularly for a year or two, but cheat meals are good once a week or 2 weeks is good for you.

except for post-workout... the less sugar you get, the better. outside pre- and post-workout... 0 is optimal. stay away from juices and ANY cereal that contains more than 2g of sugar
