    315 x 2 bench w/ vid

    did this monday. first rep was easy, 2nd was a bit wobbly which is why the spotter touched the bar but he only had fingers on it

    wearing a belt because my lower back is over-arched. i have that condition (cant remember its name) so i need the belt to support my lower back

    Nice lift, but you have to understand that if the spotter makes any contact with the bar whatsoever it invalidates the lift. So 315x1.

    im not saying it would be a good lift in a comp, but for a gym lift, i wouldve got it even if he hadnt touched it. plus it was already after 275 x 5 and 295 x 3

    not one that would be out of the ordinary... usually i alternate between this:


    chest is mondays

    A) BB bench, usually 3 sets of 4-8 reps
    DB incline, 3 sets 6-8 reps
    some form of a fly

    B) DB bench, 3 x 5-8
    BB incline, 3 x 6-8
    some fly
