I'm putting together a program for myself. What muscles should/shouldn't be worked on the same day? I will be working the following muscles (intensely 5-8 rep):

chest exercises usually involve using the tricep secondary. so train them together. Most back exercises use bis secondary so train those together. legs train on there own or with shoulders. But Chest exercises also use the shoulders secondary so you could add shoulders to your chest and tris day, but for me personally its a bit hard to do your shoulders straight after youve done a few heavy chest exercises so you could train them on a seperate day.
