There was a special on MP (I'm with a French Canadian... I don't get to watch MM, lol) about the lost decade of Glam rock and Power Ballads. It was nice to see a die-hard metal fan from today go back and visit RATT (among many many others), to figure out WHY Glam rock came about, and how it influenced modern rock.

Roll the grill to the edge of the garage and fire it up regardless of what the weather is doing!
And if you drink enough beforehand you won't even notice the cold

I wonder how the drummer of the foo fighters feels being the second best drummer in the band

Wednesday 1.16.13- Intensity Squats & Back
decent session! I was worried going in- spent the better part of an hour trying to get the plow straightened out on the truck. I put it on last night, but one of the pins missed the hole and I didn't notice because the kids were getting off the bus so I was chatting with them. The missus went to wait for the bus in it this morning and noticed the plow hanging half off. She still drove it to the end of the driveway, so things were pretty jammed up in there. It took a fair amount of wrestling to get it de-attached then put back on straight. Guess I should pay more attention next time
Squats
135 x 5
185 x 5
225 x 3
265 x 1
300 x 5
first time having 300 on my back since 11/23/12. I nailed all 5 without any trouble. Had to exert a bit of effort on the last rep, but nothing too bad
BB Rows
135 x 5
175 x 5
205 x 8
205 x 8
205 x 10
90 second rest. felt better than last week
Deadlifts
225 x 5
315 x 1
325 +60 Chains x 5 (touch and go)
squats beforehand made these a bit more challenging. I did them touch and go which is a bit easier off the floor, but it kept constant tension on my back & core
Poundstones
45 x 25
I could care less about putting any effort into these after deadlifting lol
PRs: Back Squat- 410x1 / Front Squat- 320x1/ Bench- 325x1 / Deadlift- 505x1

It's funny that in that workout right there, you just done my squat PR and poundstone curl PR. On squats though, when I done it, it nearly flattened me

Nice squats woodrow. Last rep didn't look too difficult. Chained deads are bad ass too.

Squats before deads ... sounds familiar
Awesome stuff Woody! You had at least one more rep at 300 and the chained deads looked too easy.## chillin at home crew
