    Thanks mate! Real condience builder hitting that set with ease. Makes me feel like I haven't lost too much strength during the layoff

    Chained deads FTW! I'll keep the 5 rep sets going for a bit longer but I'm anxious to pull some heavy chained doubles & singles!

    Thursday 1.17.13- Shoulders

    Good stuff today. Blasted the upper body nicely. I'm feeling so much more comfortable with the DB movements now. Weights should be rising soon!


    DB Shoulder Press

    90 sec rest. Could have had 10 on the final set with a little more rest. just ran out of gas

    90 sec rest. So much easier than last week, I threw these up like nothing. With the shoulders fatigued from the shoulder press, these were all chest. Got a nice pump going

    Hell yeah, I've been loving it! Keeps the workout length manageable and definitely keeps the blood flowing! A few extra minutes here and there might help me hit a few more reps on the final set though.

    Thanks dude! felt like gravy today, so I'll definitely be bumping up the volume weight next week. Was so unsure of where to start with all the layoffs I've had with colds & the back issue- I didn't want to go too heavy. Hopefully 305x5 will go up no problem on Wednesday

    Thanks fella, was definitely an easy session. I could easily add 10 pounds to my next volume session but I don't want it to bite me in the ass later on.
